Payments are accepted at the Customer Service office located at 606 Fort Totten Drive (in the old First Citizens Bank Building at the intersection of Fort Totten Drive and Broad Street.) The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Customers are encouraged to always bring their bills and will need their bills to use the express drive-through service at the side of the building.

Drop Box
A drop box is located near the drive-through at the Customer Service office on 606 Fort Totten Drive.  The drop box may be used at any time. Envelopes are provided; please include payment stub coupon or at least furnish account number with payment.  The box is opened once daily at 8 a.m.  Therefore, payments put in the box after that time will be credited to your account the next business day.

By Internet and Telephone
Internet and telephone payments by credit card or check are accepted on behalf of the City by NCO® Systems, Inc.  A convenience fee of $5.10 will be charged by NCO® for this service.  To make a payment by phone, call 1-800-284-9268 or to make a web payment visit NCO at:

You will need to provide your account number (customer and premise numbers on your bill, with a dash in between) and the amount you want to pay as well as your credit card or checking account information.  All NCO® payments are credited the next business day.
