**ATTENTION** If your service has been interrupted or is in jeopardy of being interrupted, you must call Customer Service during normal business hours at 252-639-2750 with your payment confirmation number to reinstate service. If outside of normal business hours, call Utility Control at 252-636-4070 with the payment confirmation number.
Please note all payments entered under jurisdiction code 3964 are paying for City of New Bern utilities. If you want to pay your City tax bill, you must hang up and place the call again using jurisdiction code 4304. If you want to pay your county taxes, you must hang up and place the call again using the county's jurisdiction code. You may refer to your county tax bill or contact the County Tax Office by phone at 252-636-6605 to obtain their jurisdiction code.
