ABOUT US

Information Technology, a division of the Finance Department, provides computer assistance and support to all City departments.  The IT division purchases, manages, and maintains all hardware, software, and networking infrastructure.  Additionally, it manages the Voice over IP telephone system which operates across the City’s network to provide telephone support for City offices.

Providing these services improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the City and allows it to operate at its best to serve its residents and the community.

Information Technology is located on the 3rd floor of City Hall at 300 Pollock Street, New Bern, North Carolina.  Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
