1. Consider COA for 520 South Front Street owned by Ed McGovern, for request to reface building with a stone veneer and rebuild flat awning with a metal awning with a 3/12 pitch.
2. Consider COA for 519 Queen Street owned by Mary Peterkin to elevate the structure approximately 2 ½ feet on new foundation.
3. Consider COA for 309 New Street applicant is Tru Coat, Inc, owned by Centenary United Methodist Church for a metal awning over an existing stairwell leading to church basement area.
4. Consider COA for 100 Pollock Street (Waterfront Restaurant) applicant Maune Belangia Faulkenberry, PA owned by John Haroldson for a small addition on the east elevation to create space for a walk-in freezer.
5. Consider COA 611 East Front Street applicant Richard Orr Constructors owned by Debbie and Rip Taggart to replace doors and windows in non-contributing addition portion of the house.
