PLEASE NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Board meets at 6:30 p.m. in either
the Planning & Inspections
Conference Room, third floor, Dunn Building or the second floor Courtroom
at City Hall. Participants will be notified of the meeting’s location.
Refer to the application for complete details of the application requirements.
Applications may require a list of property owners who live within 100
feet of the project together with stamped, addressed envelopes to said
owners.
An appointment is required in order to submit a complete application
for Planning & Zoning Board consideration. Please call either Bernard
