NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Aldermen of the City of New Bern will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 14, 2005, in the City Hall Courtroom, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached, relating to the following:

1) On the question of amending the Zoning Map of the City of New Bern so as to change the zoning classification for 512 -514 Roundtree Street from R - 6 Residential District to C - 3 Commercial District. The property is further identified in Craven County Tax Book 8, Page 008, as lot 057.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

A copy of the proposed amendments is available for review during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Director, located on the Third floor of the Dunn Building. For further information, please call the New Bern Planning & Inspections Department at (252) 639-7581.
