This division is charged with the responsibility of keeping lights burning, HVAC systems functioning, exteriors and interiors painted, plumbing working, buildings cleaned, and structural integrity maintained at all of the properties owned by the City. With buildings ranging in age from 100 plus years to new, with values in excess of $47 million dollars, the goal of this division, through a combination of in-house personnel and contract services, is to ensure the proper management and maintenance of these assets are secure for years to come. Whether its an in-house renovation or building project, preventative maintenance to buildings or fixed generators, internal mail delivery, cleaning buildings, cleaning streets in the downtown business district, or assisting another division or department, this division is ready for the task.
