Information Services
Unit
The Information Services Unit consists of a supervisor and
eight authorized Police Service Technicians.
Their primary duties include:
- Staffing the Front Desk 24 Hours a Day/7 Days a Week
- Entering data into the record's management system
- Verifying data and providing maintenance to the system
- Providing data to the State Bureau of Investigation
- Preparing statistical data relating to criminal activity
trends
- Providing various reports to officers upon request
- Providing criminal records checks
- Issuing taxi cab permits
- Maintaining all Warrants and Court Orders
- Serving Subpoenas
- Assist the General Public and Complete Minor Reports
- Answering the Main Telephone Switchboard

Property Management Unit
Property Management consist of two civilian Police Service Technicians.
Their primary duties include:
- Receiving, storing, and maintaining all property and evidence
- Ordering, receiving, and storing supplies
- Inventory and issuance of all supplies and equipment for the department
- Fleet Maintenance
- Building/Grounds Maintenance
