Reentry Passes

The information collected on this page will be used to allow a person access to their business and/or residence, located inside the City of New Bern, in the event that a severe weather incident or other disaster should cause access to the area indicated above to be restricted. The information you submit will be verified against NC DMV and the New Bern Police Department's internal records to verify the accuracy of your submission. In the event there is a discrepancy you will be contacted at the number you provided above.

In the event of a severe weather incident or other disaster, you will be required to provide a photo ID prior to being allowed access to the area you indicated above.

In addition to the information below, when clicking on the SUBMIT button, your IP address and the date and time of submission will also be recorded. Information provided will not be sold or otherwise disseminated to Non-criminal Justice/Law Enforcement personnel. If for some reason you are experiencing problems submitting information using this form please contact the New Bern Police Department at 252-672-4100 and someone will register your information over the phone.

Please be advised that residents and business owners must register annually on or after May 1st.  Information will be deleted on April 30th of each year which is necessary to keep our records current and up to date.
