BERNAROO
A spinoff of a popular concert held each year in Tennessee, this day- long concert was held in Union Point Park on May 17. Thanks to The Music Shop, headlining this concert was Myrtle Beach's own, PAINTED MAN----a band that crosses the divide between funk, rock, jazz and soul. Local bands including local favorites, the POLLOCK STREET BAND, New Bern High's SMS Band (Student Musicians and Songwriters), Just Joe, Adonis, and Concrete Sky also performed.
$986 was raised for the Save Darfur project. We truly hope that it will help the people suffering in Darfur.
