The City of New Bern requests RFPs for the purchase of an integrated ERP and Customer Information System, including implementation services for Human Resources, Financial Systems, and Utility Billing Systems.
Any proposal for an ERP should include professional services necessary to implement the system, training, and ongoing support. All deployment options, including SaaS, vendor-hosted solutions, or on-premises solutions will be considered for this selection. Ideally, the City would like to acquire these software modules as one integrated solution from one vendor, but will consider separate solutions.
