The City of New Bern requests RFPs for the purchase of an integrated ERP and Customer Information System, including implementation services for Human Resources, Financial Systems, and Utility Billing Systems.
Any proposal for an ERP should include professional services necessary to implement the system, training, and ongoing support. All deployment options, including SaaS, vendor-hosted solutions, or on-premises solutions will be considered for this selection. Ideally, the City would like to acquire these software modules as one integrated solution from one vendor, but will consider separate solutions.

The City of New Bern (City) intends to implement improvements to the property located at 205 First Street; formerly used as an electric generation station and city warehouse.
Project will consist of redevelopment of 4.6 acres, reuse of three existing buildings, and resurfacing of parking areas and bays. Building one is 7,504 sq ft. and will remodeled to accommodate a workforce development training center operated by Craven Community College. Building two is 2,844 sq. ft. and will become the commissary/training facility for food truck/food service entrepreneurs. A third facility is 2,296 sq ft. and will become the makerspace for entrepreneurs. All buildings will be ADA compliant. Parking areas will be improved with lighting, landscaping, sidewalks and signage, along with safer ingress and egress from the property.
