Historic Preservation Commission 

Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Courtroom, Second Floor, 300 Pollock Street. 

HPC Design Review meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Development Services Conference room, 303 First Street.

What is the Historic Preservation Commission? 

Regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Courtroom, 2nd floor, located at 300 Pollock Street.

2. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting(s)
3. Old Business

A. 508 Middle St.—to include a request to modify the fenestration in the primary AVC and to construct an addition in the tertiary AVC.
B. 413 George St.—to include a request to install a 4 foot wooden fence and gates with dog eared pickets in the primary AVC; to install a 6 foot fence in the secondary and tertiary AVC’s. This is an after the fact request.

4. New Business

A. 509 New St.—to include a request to remove a fence in the primary AVC.
B. 519 Metcalf St.—to include a request to install a privacy fence in the secondary AVC.
C. 406 Hancock St.—to include the installation of a pergola/trellis, expansion of decking, and replacement of a window with a full lite door; installation of a gutter system and downspout on an existing accessory structure, all located within the tertiary AVC.
D. 1229 National Ave.—to include a request to install a privacy fence in the secondary AVC and the construction of an accessory structure in the tertiary AVC.
E. 901 & 903 & 905 Broad St.—to include a request to modify the exterior fenestration of the structures in the primary AVC.
