Prospective vendors are encouraged to visit the City’s Warehouse.  We fully endorse the practice of open public procurement and make every effort to write specifications to encourage competitive bidding and give vendors an equal opportunity to submit prices.  We believe it is good buying practice to have more than one active source of supply.  We are interested in any new materials, equipment, or ideas which will result in savings to the City.

To become a member of our registered bidder list, please complete and submit a Vendor Application and an E-Verification Form.  The application and e-verification from should be completed in its entirety and may be submitted via mail or fax to the attention of the Purchasing & Warehouse Manager:
